We are very well located - close to the university

Hi, I'm looking for a female tenant to share our house.
We are very well located - close to the university, right next to a shopping centre, Lidl supermarket, and the area is very safe (just beside the police station).
The house is beautiful, spacious, and clean. I'm looking for someone who is friendly, neat, and tidy, as we will be sharing the kitchen and common areas.
I don't prefer messy people, so cleanliness is important.
I'm a vegetarian, but I don't mind if someone is non-vegetarian. Cooking non-veg is allowed, but beef is strictly not allowed in the house.
