My son has taken a place at another university, he is just about to start his first year at uni and had booked this room close to Medway Campus Kent University through Unite Students, he cant take the room as he has chosen a different course at another university, but needs to find a replacement tenant for this room at Pier Quays Medway.

its a larger room than the normal en-suite rooms with private kitchen area only for you, we have paid the deposit of £250 so its cheaper in total for you. the tenancy is with Unite Students, not me, (they operate in over 20 cities for student accommodation) so you would deal with Unite Students not us
