Furnished Double Bedroom in Medway Towns

I have a double room that is going to waste in the 2-3 bedroom house I am currently living in, so am looking for somebody who might want to rent it.

I'm a musician so can be away a lot of the time (mainly at weekends).
The living room is barely used, it has a sofa, HDTV, Xbox360 and Virgin Media. There is also a dining room with table/chairs and space in the cellar and loft for extra storage. A garden with bench & decking. 1 downstairs bathroom with Bath/Shower.
The house is kept clean & tidy. The road is pretty quiet. Parking is permit based but I can get permit easily. The Train Station is a 10minute walk away as is the high street.

The room has a kingsize bed with tempa top mattress. There is also a wardrobe and Chest of draws currently in there (all can be removed). A Fibre optic cable is installed for a Virgin Media box to be fitted. The house has 30mb wireless broadband. The room has wooden flooring, DG window and GCH. Access to the loft is avaliable in the room.
Unfortunately Smoking isn't allowed in the house, but there is a patio area in the garden. All bills included in price.

As I am a musician, I have a small studio space located at the rear of the house which is sound proofed. Although, some noise can leak through, although I mainly use this during the week days.

professionals or students, male or female are welcome to have a look for short or long stay.
