Room available, 2 people (males) live here most of the time, one other and me, plenty of space. 4 bedrooms / 3 bathroom det house.. Mesh WiFi system, max 940mbs up and down, EV charging, 1 parking space on drive for you. Your room is also hard wired re internet and has a mesh dish. There is also free on street parking as well, no permits required. This room has a single bed in it, could fit a double.

There is a large range oven in the kitchen with a plate warmer, dish washer, micro wave, coffee maker, all the usuals. A large drum washing machine is in the utility room.

A flat screen TV is in the bedroom on the wall.

Sava Centre roughly 15 minutes walk away with all of their shops, Nandos, a new JD Gym open 24/ 7 that is the best in the area, free parking there.

A Coop is down the road, Indian restaurant and post office a few minutes walk.

The Lady of the house works and lives in London most of the time, back late Thursday, leaves Sunday.

We have two house cats, that means you can't let them out, if allergic to cats or you dislike cats then this is not the house for you.

2 people are here mostly, we work from home a lot of the time. Both have daytime jobs and it is not a noisy household, looking to keep it that way really.

No smokers, professional, honest, clean and tidy person only. More info about yourself the better.

Can rent short term if required, fairly
