There is furniture in excellent condition including wardrobe, drawers, desk and bed with storage drawers. There is gas central heating throughout the property with additional heaters provided in bedrooms. The house has a quiet location, right by the hospital with a short walk to high street, station and other amenities.

The large kitchen has plenty of storage (wall and floor unit for each tenant) with a large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a communal living space in the conservatory which leads onto the rear garden.

Bills included, including high speed broadband and cleaner for communal areas once a week. No pets. No couples
