I offer a double bed with wardrobe and share of broadband, all bills included except for landline bills, use of most the the house is acceptable. Inc virgin tv package, now has a 26in TV on the wall.

No Pets/Children

Looking for a professional/Student person to rent room. I prefer a non-smoker or just smoke by the back door in the kitchen area.

This is a single occupancy only.

I am near Gillingham and Rainham Station by car.
There is one additional parking space for your car.

References may be required, interviews are taking place now.
All bills include use of broadband. (accept for phone bills & food are not included in the monthly payments.)
