The Bills: Your rent covers the cost of all bills (gas/electricity, water, council tax, TV license etc) and includes unlimited superfast fibre broadband. We also provide a cleaner for the communal areas every two weeks and a gardener on an ad hoc basis. The property has Hive installed to keep the house at the perfect temperature all year round. In short, everything is taken care of!
The Tenants: Professional, tidy and respectful tenants.
The Landlords: A family-run business, we don't use letting agents and manage the property ourselves, so there are no hidden charges and we are available personally for our tenants if there are any issues. We also employ a professional maintenance company who can be contacted 24/7 in the event of an emergency. We ask for 1 months rent upfront and 1 months rent as a deposit, which is registered with the government. There are no other charges.
