I currently have a Phase 2 en suite double room for rent in the student accommodation, Liberty Quays in Gillingham. This is for students going to either University of Greenwich/Kent, which will be available from the 11th of January 2018.

It is only a 10 minute walk from the Medway campus, and a 15 minute walk to the station.
It is a room in a flat of 8 people, who are all very considerate and tidy.

The room includes;
-4ft double bed

-large wardrobe and plenty of storage space
-en suite toilet and shower
-shared kitchen
-desk and study space
-50mb/s broadband and Wi-Fi
-all bills included in rent
-24/7 security
-common area (has a TV that can be connected to and study area)
-laundry facilities

The room also has 24 hour maintenance, any issues within the room or flat will be fixed within 2 working days.

The rent is £110 pw
