Cosy room in historic village-

Short term let preferred: I’ve decided to rent out my lovely spare bedroom in recently renovated home. It’s very cosy, but please be aware it a small space. Possibility for single occupancy only despite double bed. The room comes with an integrated wardrobe , under bed storage and attic space for storing things too. There is a very comfortable double bed with a small bedside table and lamp. Photos do not show this as I need to upload some new ones- visits welcome!
Shared spaces include bathroom kitchen and living room with a little wood burner.
You can also use the little summer house in the garden during summer. It is not a big house.
I am looking for a laid back, kind and clean flatmate to share this space with me. Goudhurst is a lovely little village if you enjoy being close to London and Tunbridge wells, but far enough to enjoy the countryside and all it has to offer.
