£270 PCM Furnished Room in Gravesend Town Centre

Hi,

I am looking for a nice and social person to rent my single room in Gravesend Town centre. Huge built in Wardrobes and bed, bedside and desk in the room already.
The flat is clean and tidy and has a laid back atmosphere. I am looking for £280 a month including bills. The flat has internet and I have 2 cats. There is parking available on a first come first served basis, I always get a place. There is a small back garden and large communal area. I have put a BBQ and some garden furniture there incase we get a summer!

Would love to hear from laid back, clean, tidy and sociable people who maybe like the odd beer in town or a glass of wine in the garden ocassionally.
