I have 3 double rooms available for single occupancy in a family home with a teenager, a cat and a bird. Professional Females preferred, shared use of Kitchen, dining room, bathroom, shower room and garden. Wi-Fi included as are electric, Gas, water and council tax.
House is a few minutes walk from town centre and station. Deposit and a months rent in advance required.
