Double room with your own bathroom

Really nice area, 12 minutes walk to Ebbsfleet train station, from where it takes only 25 minutes to St Pancras. 2minutes walk to a nearest bus stop to get you to Gravesend or Ebbsfleet train station. In the house I live with 2 kids and one more tenant in another room, someone that wouldn't be too sensitive to the noise and lively atmosphere. It's a brand new development, lovely neighborhood. Looking preferably for a professional non drinking or smoking person. The room has computer desk, double bed with a mattress and a chest of drawers, so it's fully furnished. You'd have your own bathroom with a toilet, we might use it from time to time but rarely, allocated parking space. Living room is not sharable. Kitchen has everything you need, so no need to bring any pots or pans etc. We don't really like any other visitors in the house. £600 p/m. Room available from 12th of May.
