Looking for a friendly young professional to house share with. The room has a double bed and wardrobe with a view into the garden. Bills are included. It’s a short walk from the house to Perry Street and Northfleet / Gravesend high street. Excellent access to Ebbsfleet Intl’ or the m25 / A2 for any commuters or Bluewater shopping centre. Parking on street is limited but there is a car park at the end of the road.

I own the home and will generally be in the house 3-4 days a week. I am sociable and like cooking, reading, drawing, playing music and drinking with friends.
