Lovely double room - female lodger only

I have a spare double room available with use of private bathroom. Full access to the kitchen/dining room with all appliances.

My husband works away and is home every other weekend.

I am looking for a clean, tidy, polite female lodger who keeps themselves to themselves and works 5 days a week.

Unfortunately I will not be able to consider someone that works from home.
