There is a free parking bay in the main road which is just outside the property. It is (generally) easy to find a free space. Alternative parking spaces can be also found at the back road.

We are in a residential area with excellent transport. 5 mins by car to three train stations (Ebbsfleet, Gravesend and Northfleet). Ebbsfleet serves fast train to Stratford and St Pancras - 20 mins to central London.

Walking distance to big supermarket and countryside walks.

We are looking for someone who understand the "rules" of sharing a house, This means respectful and aware of private and common spaces.
