Beautiful Furnished King Sized Room

I am looking for 1 professional non smoking/vaping female lodger who does not work from home. Do not enquire if you are male or are a couple.

I have 2 cats who enjoy company & TLC. so you must be cat friendly.

This is a king size room and has plenty of storage space available.
It has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelf, free standing mirror, a desk and stool and a comfy chair.

The house comes complete with gas range cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. The lodger will also have their own cupboard and fridge/freezer space for food storage. We have a small courtyard garden which can also be accessed.

Shower/toilet facilities are located on the top floor. This is a shared shower room.

We are 3 minutes from the town centre, train and bus station as well as being close to Ebbsfleet International Station.

Trains into London are either approx 1hr to Charing Cross Station and 22 minutes to St. Pancras International. Close links to the A2/M25 motorways and 5-10minutes from Bluewater Shopping Centre. We are approximately 45 minutes from the coast, which is accessible by bus or train.
