Lovely double room available in modern flat

Double room in flat with entry system. I am a single man whose 17yr old daughter stays with me once a month for the weekend. It’s for that reason I would rather a lady for a tenant. The flat is clean, all mod cons with secure entry system. The main living space would be shared. There are two bathrooms of which one is an en-suite. The flat is a 5 minute walk into the centre of town where all shops, restaurants and the railway station with fast trains into London can be found.
