Double room

I have one double room in my beautiful flat, 10 mins walk from gravesend station. If you are interested please write a small introduction about you: Name, age, nationality, job (part time/full time), how long you are planning to stay and anything else you would like to share.

The flat is clean and I would like it to be like this at all times, so I am looking for someone clean and respectful . Also I really want to find a nice and honest person that cares about others and the environment.

The other ladies in the flat is really lovely, very respectful, clean and quiet.

Bills included: council tax, service charge, water, wifi.
Bills not included: gas and electricity. You'll have to share between two ppl (I don't love there)
