I’ve got four lovely double rooms available in Gravesend, each fully furnished with comfy beds and closets. They’ll all be ready by mid-January, but if you’re in a hurry, one could be good to go in as little as a week!

The house itself has a warm and inviting vibe. It’s partially furnished, with a cosy living room that’s perfect for unwinding after a long day. A heads-up: some areas (like the staircase) are still a bit of a work in progress, but the space overall is super cute and welcoming.

Oh, and about the photos – they’re a bit topsy-turvy at the moment! The current living room will be converted into the biggest bedroom, while the dining room will become the new living space (don’t worry, the TV is staying put 😝).

Rent is between £650-£750 per month per room, with bills around £100-£150. This covers council tax (Band D) and utilities, with broadband and water already sorted. The location is a winner too – just a 10-minute walk to Gravesend station, with trains whisking you into London in 15-20 minutes. Plus, the street is lovely and peaceful!
