The cosy shared bathroom is bright with natural sunlight and has recently been upgraded with a large tower rail and a powerful bathroom extractor.

The large kitchen provides ample storage, a large refrigerator, a washer-dryer unit, and other cooking appliances.

All bills are included in the rent, including broadband and council tax. Rent is to be paid in advance. A 1-month deposit is required for the first month.

A parking permit is available for a small fee paid to the council.
