A large furnished spacious double room, close to the centre of Gravesend and several facilities to occupy yourself in the area, 5 minutes walk to the train station and close to the A2, M25 and Bluewater. Trains to London including the high speed available.
The house consists of a large bathroom, and a lounge-diner kitchen open planned. Broadband is available in the whole house at no extra charge
There is a small decked garden out the back which is a sun trap in the summer.

Parking is available by applying for a permit for a small fee for outside the house or tokens.
Smoking only allowed outside.
Bills are included in the rent.
I would like a flat mate who is respectful of others and likes to have a laugh.
