Living room, dining area, kitchen all available for use. Garden mostly laid to lawn with patio area.

Gravesend station is approx 15 mins walk or a short bus ride away, and the A2 is very close. Bluewater approx 10 mins drive away.

I am looking for a lodger who is tidy and will clean their own room, and lend a hand with cleaning communal areas. Non smokers only (will accept electronic cigarettes!!!) Singleton preferable.
