Furnished double room to let in new apartment

Hey all, to be clear, the flat is situated off Singlewell Road, the postcode is new so shows it as northfleet but it is actually on 'Southfields Green' or DA11 7AD on google maps. :)

We are a mid twenties couple living in a new two bed apartment with a Juliette balcony in Gravesend. Great for travel (A2/Ebbsfleet/Gravesend). Our flatmate would have access to a large shared bathroom but we have an en-suite in the main bedroom so it would essentially be yours.

Looking for a professional, easy going, tidy flatmate. Person must be okay with hamsters :) and also okay with a few basic house rules including no smoking in the apartment. One of us works shift work and can be up early.
Parking on the estate is limited at times, but there are side roads very nearby to combat this.
