Lovely room in a quite cul de sac

I have a double room to rent in 3 bed detached house in Gravesend.
A clean tidy house with comfortable atmosphere. Accommodation is nicely decorated, clean, spacious and furnished. The second bedroom has a double bed fully furnished or unfurnished if preferable.
The house is located in quiet cul de sac with a bus stop close to the house, buses to Gravesend centre or to Medway area, 35 min walk to the Train Station or town centre High speed trains to London in 25mins.
I am looking for a professional, clean, tidy, respectful person to house share for 8 months or longer. Definitely no pets as I have a dog no smoking inside , no DSS.
Shift worker preferred but not essential. Broadband WiFi available, street parking available, quiet relaxing garden. Please contact me to arrange to view the room and have interview.

£650. 00 per month including bills.
A holding deposit of £150 will be required before moving in to secure the room
