We have a double room with own ensuite shower, access to shared dining room, WC kitchen and garden. Currently furnished with a bed, desk and chair, dressing table and wardrobe
This is 450 per calendar month

We have WIFI through the whole house. The area is very nice, mostly families and couples, with very little noise. We are walking distance to the supermarket and close to the A2 and Ebbsfleet international for connections to London

We are looking for a female lodger who is able to stay for 6months+ preferably

We are a nice family, we all work and have no pets
