Double Room With Own Bathroom

Unfortunately my current flatmate is moving out and so I am renting her room out.
The room is a double room and comes with furniture. You will also have your own bathroom as my room has an en suite.
The rent includes all bills as well as high speed broadband and sky. There is a fully fitted kitchen containing a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The property is a 5 minute walk from both Northfleet and Ebbsfleet station and also close to Bluewater shopping centre. I am a 28 year old professional who works in London so am out of the house 7am to 6pm daily. I am also out most evenings and weekends with my horse. Flatmate must be clean and tidy. I am happy to accept someone who would like to socialise but also someone who prefers to remain in their room. There is a 24 hour gym close by and 24 Asda a short drive away. Smoking ok as I have a balcony but I do not smoke in the property.
