One of our current house mates has decided to move out as she is emigrating. We have a double room available from 25th July 2016. The room is on the first floor with good views over the entire estate. The room is part furnished. All bills are inclusive in the 470pcm no catches. This also includes Sky Broadband and SKY TV. Additional Ariel installed in room for option of multi room if you like.

Kitchen is very spacious with all modern cons such as microwave, dishwasher, oven and gas hob certified in the past two weeks can show cert if unsure. Washing machine included also.

Downstairs living area includes a suite of furniture and TV with SKY. This room extends to garden where we have had BBQ's last September nice size for social gathering.

Downstairs toilet and main bathroom upstairs with bath / shower combo.

As we have a landlord he doesn't mind us looking for another person as long as we just pay the rent simple enough. He requires a reference check which is a small additional cost but not too much.

We are at present all teachers working at a local school so similar profession or people involved with shift work this could be a possibility. We are normally out of the property from 8:00am -5:00pm due to work commitments so would be ideal for people sleeping during the day.

Male or female we don't mind just had to select an option no preference.
