I have a newly decorated, fully-furnished double room, complete with king-size bed with underneath storage. You will have shared access to the kitchen, washing-machine, bathroom, garden, front room and office. There is plenty of parking for residents only, so there is no difficulty finding somewhere to park.

We also have some home gym equipment set up which is available to be used.

We are a short two minute walk to Northfleet train-station, the same to local shops and bus stations and we are only a 10-15 minute walk from Ebbsfleet International.

I do have three cats and one dog, there is a cat flap so they all come and go as they please which means there is no litter tray or mess inside.

For couples there will be a rent increase to £150.00 per week.
