Large room with en-suite bathroom and smaller room

The large room is upstairs, next to the en-suite bathroom. The smaller room is downstairs. The person who rents the downstairs room may use the downstairs toilet and shower.

The house is near to Ebbsfleet International train station, and from there it should take less than 25 minutes to get to London St Pancras International on the train. Northfleet train station is even closer to the house. There is a direct train service from Northfleet train station to Dartford and many other stations, including London Bridge, Waterloo East, and Charing Cross.

There is a dining room, a kitchen, a garden and a parking space that can be used.

No drinking, smoking or parties at the property.

I hope that each person who would like to rent a room is kind, respectful, and has a stable income.

If the person is interested in music, Turkish or Mandarin, or filming, then that would be great, but that’s not essential.
