Room in private complex river views

luxury residence within a gated community of 7 houses. Direct river views. l am potentially looking for a mature lodger. l am easy going & Sociable. my house is in a very sort after area within easy walking distance to Greenhithe station 8 -10 mins walk perfect for commuting to London.
The local supermarket Asda is with walking distance., along with local Public houses. Bluewater shopping centre is 5 mins drive or bus journey .
The room is a good size and is at the back of the house. It is furnished and has a fitted wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath and overhead shower. Which is shared with one other lady. I have a small courtyard south facing . It’s a very friendly complex . Please feel free to email me for any further information.
