The house is in a great location, it is within 8 minutes walking distance of Bluewater shopping centre, Greenhithe for Bluewater train station and Asda supermarket.
Darenth Valley Hospital is approximately 10-minutes on the bus. It is also about 10 minutes drive to Ebbsfleet International Train Station.
I am a social, clean and tidy person and I'm looking for someone to fit into the house well.
I am looking for a professional who tidies up after themselves, is sociable but also respects one another's privacy.
The rent is £150 per week including bills.
The room is for single occupancy only.
