Room comes furnished: bed, mattress (linen can be provided if needed) wardrobe & chest of drawers. You have access to the living room, kitchen and bathroom to use as you need. All amenities, crockery, utensils etc are available for your use also.

There is a small communal garden area.

Good access to Dartford, London, bluewater or Gravesend as Stone Crossing Station and Greenhithe Station are approx 12-15 min walk away.
480, 490, 492, 497 plus other bus routes are nearby, bus stop is at the end of the road.

Looking for someone laid back. I mostly keep myself to myself but im friendly and enjoy cooking, painting and motorsports.

One thing to note: I do keep a pet cornsnake so please consider this before arranging a viewing to prevent any potential fright if you are not a reptile fan :)
