Double room in shared cottage

We have two double bedrooms remaining in a property on the High Street in Swanscombe. My cleaner comes into the property weekly cleaning the lounge hall stairs and landing kitchen utility room shower room and toilet.

Hello. We are looking for professional housemates who are employed in the local area.

When sending us a message on spare room please include your full name as it appears on your passport. Your nationality and whether you are male or female. Your mobile number and an email address so that we can contact you. Finally what you do for work, what industry you are employed in and how long you have been employed.

We require these details before we progress any viewings whatsoever thank you.

The property in question has a cleaner who cleans the house once a week.

The price of the rent includes bills council tax, electricity, water, TV licence & Wi Fi.

I let to people who are employed.

If you decide to take one of my rooms then all I ask is prior to you moving in that you show the last three wage slips or contract of employment, if you have just been offered a job. Also your driving license and/or passport to prove who you are.

I charge first months rent & last months rent.

When you give your months notice you do not pay your last months rent as this is paid prior to you moving in.
