Lovely double room close to Greenhithe station

Hello,

I’m 29, a Lab manager in central London and am looking for someone who is tidy and considerate. I work in the office Mon-Fri, this would be best suited to someone working full time in the office.

The house is a 3min drive, 5min bus or 12 minute walk from Greenhithe train station
Dartford - 10min drive or 6 minute train
Bluewater - 3min drive or 12 minute walk
Darent Valley Hospital - 7min drive, 15min bus or 30 minute walk

There is on street parking which doesn’t require a permit, a Nisa local located next door and Asda is a 3min drive or 12min walk. Closest gym is 4min drive, 20min walk.
There are some lovely walks along the Thames, closest being 10min walk away, Bridge view walkway 20min walk with some nice pubs en route.

The house has a kitchen, dining/living room, and bathroom. You are welcome to use all of these shared spaces. All of the furniture shown in the photos of the bedroom will stay in the room. There is two bedside tables, curtains, blinds and the bed has storage space underneath, I am currently looking for a chest of drawers and wardrobe, but welcome to bring your own if required unfurnished. The amenities also include a dishwasher and washing machine.

The bills included are council tax, internet, water, gas and electricity.

I am also happy to consider a week day let which would be £165 per week. There is a minimum term of 3 months and there is a 1 month notice period.
