Double Room w/ garden & friendly/ kind housemate

Double room with triple mirrored wardrobe and grey, velvet double bed.

This room was newly furnished one year ago when my current housemate moved in. She had sadly gone back to Canada hence why I’m looking for a new housemate.

You will be living with a kind, considerate and fun individual. I am out of the property most of the time so you will have the house to yourself often.

The house is very clean and there is a driveway, garden and plenty of parking.

No children or partners staying over regularly.

Guests are allowed in general though, as long as we respect each other :)
