Double Room With Private Bathroom

Me and my girlfriend are looking for someone to move into our spare room in this two bedroom flat located in St Clements Lakes which was completed in 2017.

Ideally looking for someone who is neat, tidy and good company to have around. The flat is in a good location, right next door to Bluewater shopping centre and 10-15 minute walk to Greenhithe station.

We also have two budgies who are friendly and will often by flying around but are also very quiet when it comes to bed time!


We use the main bedroom with the en suite meaning the main bathroom will be used as a private bathroom along with the spare room.

Furnished double room with wardrobes, chest of drawers and a 4ft double bed and mattress.
Access to a private bathroom.
Common living and kitchen area.
Parking available on site.
Supermarket 2 minute drive away.
Greenhithe station close by with regular trains to London.
