- 5 bedroom house, 4 other female housemates (all UKC 2nd year students) so tenant would preferably need to be female. The girls are very friendly, clean and hardworking.

- Two bathrooms.
- 5 minute drive from UKC and 20 minute walk.
- 12 minute drive from CCCU and 30 minute walk.
- Bus stop right at the end of the road with direct bus to UKC and town centre.
