3 Bedrooms in a 5 Bedroom for PG students or Prof.

We are two PG students at UKC looking to help fill up our new home in Hales Place. Very friendly chill environment, looking for someone who would enjoy being apart of a home yet also not really looking for a party house. For this reason we are looking more to post grads or professionals but we can look at a case by case basis.

House is quite large, has an enormous garden, 10 min walk to UKC, bust stop a block away for commuting into the city. Bills included in the rent!

One of us is a PhD in history brit, if you have a slight inclinging for history you could be in for a storm
Other is a half turkish/american masters in international poltiics, and a mean cook!
