49 Ulcombe gardens Canterbury room for rent

A small bungalow with one bathroom, a shower room, a kitchen with a washing machine, a fridge, an oven, a sink and a microwave and lots of storage space. There’s a spacious living room with a table and a sofa and tv and a tumble drier. There’s also five bedrooms not too far away from each other. There’s also a spacious garden in the back with a shed. The house itself is about a 25 minute walk away from town and a 20 minute walk away to campus. I am looking for someone who is in their early 20s, preferably attending the university of Kent but fine if not. Preferably someone who won’t bring a party home as my other flatmates are quite quiet and keep themselves to themselves.
