A bright and spacious double bedroom is available to rent in a clean, well-maintained house, conveniently located close to the University of Kent. We are the current tenants but are moving out due to work relocation, so we are looking for someone to take over the room.

The room overlooks the inner garden, making it quiet and peaceful.

The move-in date is flexible.

Rent:

£500 per month for a single occupant

£650 per month for a couple

Water bills and internet are included in the rent. Electricity and gas are paid separately and typically cost around £30–35 per person per month in winter, and £20–25 per person in warmer months.

The house is shared with friendly tenants, a mix of final-year students, postgraduates, and working professionals. The property is kept clean and has a relaxed, respectful atmosphere.
