We are looking for a 4th person for our 5 bedroom house (with one room to be kept as a guest room) in Hales Place, Canterbury.
There are two bathrooms, a separate toilet room, conservatory, garden and patio. There is also a parking space on the drive. It is a short walk to UKC.
Bills are included - gas, electric, water, water waste and internet. Council tax band: C. EPC Band: D.
The tenancy starts on the 1st July 2026, and would be £500 a month per person with 4 people. The listing says £650 as our 3rd person may not be able to move in and this will be the price for 3 people a month per person.
The 3rd person also has a dog so looking for pet friendly. We are also all LGBTQ+, so welcome other queer people or allies!
We are tidy, kind and clean, enjoy nights in playing board games or watching tv/films but also sometimes going to the pub.
