Double bedroom in a clean and friendly house

Hello! We have double room going spare in our house that we’re looking to fill. It’s fully furnished with a double bed, has lots of storage (fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, under bed and bedside tables) and we’ll even throw a desk in too - they seem to be pretty important nowadays. The room has a shared bathroom with one other person. There is also a shared living room and kitchen (with decent crockery and cooking utensils available).

You’ll be living with Lucia and George - 25 and 27 years old. Lucia is a PA and George is a designer. We’re both currently working from home full time - Monday to Friday, 9-5 and are obviously limited by what we can do outside of this... going for walks, cooking, baking, eating, drinking, watching films etc.

Sarah has recently moved in and is really friendly. She’s 31 and works in a secondary school. You will be sharing a bathroom with her so it’s important we find someone that’s considerate and clean!

Halling is a decent area, we are located by St Andrew’s Lake (which looks pretty cool, there are plans to make it into some sort of water sports destination). Easy access to motorways, train station is a 10 minute walk away with good transport links to Maidstone, Paddock Wood, Rochester and Strood for the high speed line. There is a bus stop even closer that takes you to West Malling / Rochester / Chatham. I think there is a coach service that goes direct to London too. The actual village of Halling is relatively small - couple of pubs, a butchers, farm shop, convenience store, post office and a lovely lady called Jo who pitches up a cart in the pub car park and sells decent coffee and food with a never ending queue of locals.

We’re just looking for somebody who’s easy going, considerate and clean. Someone that will treat the house with respect like it’s their own home.
