Double bed walking distance village to Canterbury

Your room:
Bright double bedroom at the front of the house, furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair. With cute details of patterned wallpaper and decorate fireplace.

The house:
Up stairs from the street, end terrace with large garden up more stairs, cosy living room (projector- no tv), dining room, kitchen with washing machine and dryer (no dishwasher) and bathroom with shower and bath.
20 minute walk into Canterbury, in quiet, cute village.
£600 per month, £157.75 bills inc council tax.

Me:
I work half the week punting on the river and the other half at a sauna.
I sometimes go to a gig or the pub in the evening but mostly stay in and watch films each night.
I like music and life in the house (I do sing along to music everyday).
I don't often invite people to stay but occasionally friends who visit will.
I take pride in the house and the local area, I love it here and plan on staying as long as I possibly can.

The pets:
Pumpkin the stray from Antigua: Is a sweet dog who loves frolicking in the orchards, she is still protective over me in the house and will bark and lunge at people if they enter while I'm there but I hope to be able to afford dog training very soon.

Felix the one eyed fat cat: Only really has eye for me, so will take a while to be affectionate with you but when he does, you'll get plenty of cuddles. He's also the breakfast and dinner time keeper and he never takes a day off.

Kimba the white lion: I saved as a tiny kitten under some rocks in Antigua, he is an adventurer who only comes in for cuddles, especially if you got bare feet (He's got a foot fetish)

You: I hope you are actively clean and considerate and want to enjoy this house like a home by caring for it.

Us: Hopefully we get along really well and become friends. If you like books and movies, I got plenty of them, we could do movie nights on the projector in the living room. If you like swimming, can take you to the river. If you like rock, can take you to gigs.
