Double bed walking distance village to Canterbury

Your room: Bright double bedroom at the front of the house, furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawers, tv, desk and chair. With cute details of patterned wallpaper and decorate fireplace.

The house: Up stairs from the street, end terrace with large garden up more stairs, cosy living room (projector- no tv), dining room, kitchen with washing machine and dryer (no dishwasher) and bathroom with shower and bath. 15 minute walk into Canterbury, in quiet, cute village.

Me and the pets: I work from home mostly, in my bedroom then occasionally go into town or have friends round for dinner in the evenings. I smoke outside in the garden shed. I wake up quite early but am quiet and don't usually stay up too late. I'm writing a comic book and like to do other creative things. I have a puppy (almost one year) stray from Antigua, who yet, cannot be trusted with things left out temptingly, including non food stuff. I have two cats, which are easy and just want cuddles.

You: Ideally, you are clean, considerate and enjoy pets. If you think you'll just tolerate the pets, please don't apply as this won't be suitable for you. Similarly, if you don't contribute to cleaning - taking the bin out, sorting recycling, hoovering, cleaning bathroom, washing up then don't apply. The house gets dirty quickly from the pets so I will be doing the majority of the cleaning but not all of it.

Us: Hopefully we enjoy each others company as its quite a small house. If you like books and movies, I got plenty of them, we could do movie nights on the projector in the living room.
