We are a friendly household looking for another amicable person to share a clean, roomy home in Canterbury. The home is close to the London | Dover Road and a short walk to either Canterbury West or Canterbury East station, with parking available, though it's sometimes a bit tight.

Your double room has a place to study, a double wardrobe and a bed that can work as a double or as a single, giving you more space. You will share a bathroom with just one person--who keeps it immaculate.

A separate WC is available--the landlord lives on the top floor with a separate shower room.

You have full access to the living and dining rooms and to the kitchen--and you can use the dishwasher, appliances and washing machine.

The cost of a fortnightly cleaner is included in the rent.

We are professionals, but welcome graduate students to this diverse and hospitable neighbourhood of young families, families with teens, students and retirees.
