Fully Furnished Double room in modern home

I am a 30 year old female and work full time as long haul cabin crew. I moved to the area last year and am looking for a like minded person to share my first home with.

Most weeks I am away for work for a night or two so you would have the home to yourself. I have a rescue 4 year old dog who is a German Shepard breed and a Siamese cat.

When I am on work trips I would need you to help me with feeding the dog and cat and taking the dog out for a walk. So I’m really looking for someone who likes pets and would enjoy having them around.

My home is a semi detached 2 bed and features a large open plan living, dining and kitchen space that opens up onto a beautiful patio and grassed garden. I love my garden so take care of it and it has lots of privacy.

We will share the shower room and of course all living spaces. The room for rent is a double room that comes fully furnished. It is modern, fresh and clean with a large window overlooking the garden. It has a large fitted wardrobe, kingside bed, bedside tables and lamps and large chest of drawers. It’s available from 1st November for single occupancy.

Parking available outside and in a safe area. Area is quiet but also close to everything needed such as post office, Waitrose and Co-Op. it is 10-15 minutes walk to longfield train station where you can get to London Victoria in under 30 minutes. Close to Bluewater, Ebbsfleet, A2, M25.
