Furnished double room

I’m looking for a lodger to take a room in my converted Oast house in Hastingleigh. I am in a small hamlet just outside the village. It’s beautiful countryside up here so if you looking for somewhere calming to live then look no further. You have your own room with a countryside view. You will have a shared bathroom although I only use it for the shower so 95% yours. You have the use of a shared country kitchen with washing machine and fridge and cupboard space. Excellent WiFi (Starlink). We are two minutes from the excellent pub in the village which serves exceptional ales. 10 mins from Wye where there is a station which is 8mins from Ashford and HS1. You will definitely need your own car for which there is an off-road parking space. I’m a 67yr old man. Still working as a painter & decorator. I’m into music, riding horses and much else.
