We are sociable busy people and our used to having lodgers. We have a dog, a pet pig and a few chickens. Our son and family live in a lodge in a private area of the garden. The setting is in a semi-rural position in Hawkenbury area, bus stop is a 10 minute walk but we highly recommend you gave a car, parking space allocated.
The space is above a converted garage so has character, but ceiling height might not suit anyone super tall.
The space has a small kitchenette with microwave/oven and air fryer + slow cooker and sink.
With hanging space under the stairs and a chest of draws upstairs. Stairs lead to a cosy double bedroom which has space for a two seater sofa and a smart TV. Off the bedroom is a lovely ensuite bathroom. There is no separate shower but a mixer tap over the bath.
It used to be an Airbnb and had regular 5 star reviews, we are now looking for long term rental.
