I Have a furnished room available to rent in a shared flat. Looking for a professional person looking to live in the area to share with me. The person must be clean & tidy, trustworthy and in full time employment.

The room has a single bed, set of draws, TV and wardrobe space. There's a shared Livingroom which is fully furnished, A shared kitchen that has all things needed for preparing and eating food and a shared bathroom. The flat has super fast internet connection.

The rent covers all utility bills*, council tax and internet. Food and toiletries are your own responsibility.
