We live just outside Hawkinge in a three storey rurally situated house. One tenant has just served me notice after several years since he has changed jobs. I have therefore a very large double room available with a bathroom next to it on a separate floor, shared with one other tenant on the same level. We have all the usual amenities, washing machine, cooking facilities WiFi etc etc together with on road parking and a garden. There are lovely rural views from the room yet we are on two minutes walk from the nearest bus stop for those that do not have a car. The room is available now and viewings can be made at any time, and you will be able to speak with the other tenants should you wish.. Rent is £525 per calendar month.
