We are a family of three, busy working professionals. We have a 15 year old son and a cocker spaniel.
Our house is located in a quiet area of Hawkinge, and we are renting the top second-floor ensuite primary bedroom.
The room is large and comfortable and has a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, a TV ( Netflix, Prime) kettle, a computer desk, and a dressing room that we can share if more storage is required.
Parking is available on a public road next to the house.
We are only accepting applications from professionals, in full-time employment, not working from home.
The kitchen, utensils , etc can be shared for light cooking.
Strictly no smoking, alcohol/drugs permitted in the house.
